If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund. You can return your purchase for up to 10 days from the purchase date.
If you would like to return an item, please contact us for authorization on a return. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions on how to send your order back to us. Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions. The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in resalable condition and all original packaging (including invoice) must be in place for full credit to be issued. No credit or exchange will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Please make sure all original tags are still in place. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we will refund your credit card and send you an email stating that your return is completed. Credits normally take 7-10 business days to appear on your credit card statement.

Repairs

We are recognized for offering well designed and crafted garments to meet our high standards.  It is our intention that our warranty be as highly regarded as our products including Leather Jackets, Vests, and Chaps. Examples of qualified manufacturing defects include problems with zipper construction, loose stitching, hardware or lining. We will repair at our cost any product with legitimate manufacturers defect (proof of purchase required.)

Please keep in mind that with any leather accessory, wear and tear will occur with normal use.  It should be expected that over time leather may fade or spot and that edges and corners may show signs of wear. This is a natural and normal process and is not covered by the Hillside USA Guarantee. Normal wear and tear is not a defect.  Worn out zippers and zippers damaged by improper use are not considered defective. Regrettably, we also cannot guarantee or replace products damaged by neglect or mishandling, including exposure to moisture, severe tears in leather or lining and ink marks or stains. We are happy to recommend solutions for improving your garment's appearance should natural wear and tear diminish its condition.

Please note that many types of stains and marks are untreatable. This includes, but is not limited to, stains caused by: ink, cosmetics, food stains, oils, body / hand moisturizers, hand sanitizing cleansers or perfumes.

Please be sure to ship by insured, traceable mail.

Returns for Boots
 All claims for defective merchandise must be made with the Save Your Hide Leather office within 3 days of receipt  via phone to obtain a Return Authorization # (RA #), prior
to the item being returned. Items returned without prior approval and/or an RA #, may be refused. 
All cartons must be clearly marked with an RA#.

Returns for warranty issues:
  • Product is warranted for 6 months from date of purchase.
  • Customer must have original receipt and contact Save Your Hide Leather for a Return Authorization number (RA#)
  • Product must have a manufacturing defect. Example: stitching failure, zipper failure, eyelet/d-ring broken, sole separation, etc.
  • Product cannot be returned for warranty because they did not fit right, you did not find them comfortable or they have been mistreated, abused, etc.
  • If manufacturer finds product is indeed defective, the merchandise will either be repaired or replaced in a timely manner.
  • Product must be returned at customer's own expense.
  • When shipping your return, you may want to inquire about insurance. Save Your Hide Leather will not be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise.
  • To receive an RA# or questions about your purchase, please contact us.
  • Please write RA# on the outside of package, include a copy of your receipt and your reason for return

  • Product must be unworn, unused, in new condition and in original packaging/shoe box.
  • Product must be returned at customer's own expense.
  • When shipping your return, you may want to inquire about insurance, Save Your Hide Leather will not be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise.
  • Please specify wheather you would like an exchange or credit to your credit card.
  • Refunds will be applied to original credit card used at the time of purchase.
  • Merchandise returned for restock may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
