Hillside USA's products carry a LIFETIME GUARANTEE on the workmanship of every leather garment manufactured by Hillside USA. If a leather seam ever opens, a zipper breaks, a snap falls off or defective leather, we will repair or replace it for the life of the garment, under normal wear and use. Products that have become damaged due to pins, patches, misuse or neglect can be repaired but not replaced. Lining, Elastic and Velcro are guaranteed for three-years from the date of purchase. We will advise you of the cost of the repair or replacement and await your approval before proceeding. Hillside USA reserves the right to approve or deny a claim. Accessories section is not covered. Original invoice is needed in order to process your return. Damaged products including Leather Jackets, Vests, and Chaps should be returned directly to Hillside USA. You should send the product freight prepaid and insured, to the address below. Please include a note explaining the problem, along with $10.00 for return shipping and handling within the USA. International customers are responsible for the actual return shipping and insurance charges. Lifetime Guarantee is not transferable.


30 - Day hassle-free return policy


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund. You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. All stock orders returned after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you would like to return an item, please contact us for authorization on a return. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions on how to send your order back to us. Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions. The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in resalable condition and all original packaging (including invoice) must be in place for full credit to be issued. No credit or exchange will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Please make sure all original tags are still in place. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we will refund your credit card and send you an email stating that your return is completed. Credits normally take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement. When returning products that are offered with "Free Shipping" we will refund the entire cost of the product, except our shipping costs that were originally free to you.
On custom items:
You have 7 days to inspect your item and contact us regarding defects or items that are not as you expected.
We do not accept the return of used merchandise.

Before returning an item, please complete the return form found on the requests and returns page or email us at saveyourhideleather@comcast.net , to receive a Return Authorization Number. In your email please provide...

  5. Reason for return

Churchill Glove Company provides a limited warranty for its products with regard to manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care and cleaning, or negligence.

Returns for warranty issues
  • Product is warranted for 6 months from date of purchase
  • Customer must have original receipt and contact Save Your Hide Leather for a Return Authorization number (RA#)
  • Product must have a manufacturing defect. Example: stitching failure, zipper failure, eyelet/d-ring broken, sole separation, etc.
  • Product cannot be returned for warranty because they did not fit right, you did not find them comfortable or they have been mistreated, abused, etc.
  • If manufacturer finds product is indeed defective, the merchandise will either be repaired or replaced in a timely manner.
  • Product must be returned at customers's own expense.
  • When shipping your return, you may want to inquire about insurance. Save Your Hide Leather will not be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise.
  • To receive an RA# or questions about your purchase please contact us.

Warranty 

Ridge Footwear is warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for six (6) months from date of sale.
Premature wear caused by misuse and abuse is not covered by the warranty. Defective footwear will be replaced, repaired 
* Ridge will not warrant any boot product due to improper fit or normal wear and tear.


Returns other than warranty issues
  • Product must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase
  • Customer must have original receipt and contact Save Your Hide Leather for a Return Authorization number (RA#)
  • Product must be unworn, unused, in new condition and in original packaging/shoe box.
  • Product must be returned at customer's own expense.
  • When shipping your return, you may want to inquire about insurance. Save Your Hide Leather will not be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise.
  • Please specify whether you would like an exchange or credit to your credit card.
  • Refunds will be applied to original credit card used at the time of purchase
  • Merchandise returned for restock may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
